Hi, welcome to Drezily.

Drezily is brought to you by Drezily Inc. (referred to in these Terms as “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Drezily”). By enrolling in or otherwise accessing or using any of our Services — including our website (drezily.com), our mobile applications, our AI Stylist (“Zily”), our questionnaires, and any related features — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms of Service”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes take effect means you accept and agree to the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Users between 13 and 18 must have the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts & Registration

To use certain features (including the AI Stylist questionnaires, the chat experience with Zily, the “Describe Yourself” flow, and the wishlist), you may need to create an account by providing your email address and other information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Marketing Communications

By creating an account or providing your email through any Drezily sign-up flow — including our standard sign-up form, the AI Stylist questionnaire, the chat questionnaire with Zily, the “Describe Yourself” flow, the AI Stylist waitlist, or any other email-collection point on the Services — you agree that Drezily may send you marketing and promotional emails about our products, features, partner offers, and style content. We use Klaviyo, a third-party email-and-marketing-automation provider, to send these messages. You can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at contact@drezily.com. Opting out of marketing will not stop transactional messages (such as one-time codes, security notices, and account-related emails), which are necessary to operate your account. For more detail on our marketing practices, see Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Drezily account at any time. Visit drezily.com/account/delete while signed in and follow the on-screen confirmation, or email us at contact@drezily.com from the address associated with your account. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your profile, style-profile data, questionnaire answers, wishlist, and any photos you uploaded, and we will remove your email from our active marketing lists. Some limited records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance, anonymized analytics). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of any third party;
• Upload photos that are not of you or that you do not have permission to upload;
• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Services through automated means without our written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Services;
• Misuse our AI Stylist, including using it to generate unlawful, harassing, or harmful content, or to attempt to extract personal data about other users.

AI Stylist (“Zily”)

Drezily’s AI Stylist provides automated style suggestions and recommendations based on inputs you provide (questionnaire answers, free-text descriptions, and any photos you upload). Recommendations are generated by machine-learning models and may not always be accurate or suited to your needs. They are provided for inspiration only and do not constitute professional styling, medical, or fitting advice. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation before acting on it.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyright, trademarks, text, blogs, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, logos, artworks, articles, photographs, images, and illustrations (collectively, “Content”) are the exclusive property of Drezily Inc. and its affiliates or its respective licensors (Drezily has no control over third-party content as Drezily is merely an intermediary for the purposes of these Terms) and is protected by applicable law. Any commercial use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, and transmission of any Content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Drezily or the respective owners.

User-Submitted Content

By submitting any content to the Services (including questionnaire answers, free-text descriptions, photos, and feedback), you grant Drezily a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services and to provide your style profile and recommendations. You retain ownership of your content.

Disclaimer of Liability

In no event shall Drezily Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors be liable for any:

• Matter relating to the Services or business including, without limitation, loss of profits, sales, contracts, income, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or wasted management or office time.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Fulfilment of your orders from the listed stores or sellers in Drezily once you have placed an order through Drezily, including but not limited to the delivery, exchange, return, or refund of items you have purchased from Drezily partners or from listed stores or sellers in Drezily.
• Other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or products, your delay in using or inability to access the Services, unauthorized access to or alteration of the user’s transmissions or data, or breach of conditions, representations, or warranties by the manufacturer of the products and stores.
• Issues concerning the quality and warranty of products ordered through Drezily from listed stores, sellers, or Drezily partners.
• Conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
• Non-availability of the Services during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the Services.
• Material or data downloaded at Drezily, which is done entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk; the user will be solely responsible for any damage to their device or loss of data resulting from such download.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the security of the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time as described above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Affiliate Disclosure

At Drezily.com, transparency is very important to us. We want you to understand how our platform works and how we earn revenue.

Drezily is an AI-powered personal shopping assistant that lets users chat or upload a photo to describe what they want and instantly delivers personalized fashion clothing and accessories recommendations from top stores, tailored to their style, fit, and occasion.

Please Note:

1. We do not sell products directly. All purchases are completed on the retailer's website.
2. When you click a link to a product and make a purchase, Drezily may receive an affiliate commission from the retailer.
3. This commission comes at no extra cost to you. The price you pay on the retailer's site remains the same.
4. Product details, prices, promotions, and availability are provided by the retailers. We make every effort to display accurate information, but the final terms of your purchase are always determined by the retailer.

By using Drezily, you acknowledge and agree that our role is to help you discover products and deals, while the final transaction occurs with the retailer.
